To apply as an international Senior Executive or Expert within ERG, you should have:
- An effective and successful track record as an executive or expert in the key operational functions of the company
- At least 15 years of international experience with significant proven results accomplished in a multinational or a small or medium-sized company
- A multicultural and international course either in a previous position as a corporate expatriate or as an executive working on behalf of foreign shareholders, thus used to frequent reporting
- Experience to manage in a crisis mode with success
